Riyadh: The Saudi authorities are mulling plans to provide online entry visas for citizens of the USA of the Schengen countries.
“The e-visa service will also benefit citizens hailing from Australia, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan”, said General Sport Authority deputy president Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, reports Almowaten.
He announced the e-visa proposal would be studied following the success of the Ad Diriyah ePrix which was held last week in Saudi Arabia.
Fans of motor races from all over the world were issued electronic pre-entry visas to enter Saudi Arabia and attend the three-day sporting event.
