Arab Bank Bahrain has completed a leadership and management development programme offered to the bank’s middle management and key staff members in collaboration with Oasis Training Centre and Lead Expert Consultancy supported by Tamkeen. The six-month programme covered a host of high-level leadership models that are in line with the bank’s strategy for succession planning and development. The programme also provided the opportunity to around 40 per cent of the bank’s female workforce to demonstrate their utmost potential and acquire leadership and management knowledge to help develop their professional careers. This programme comes as part of Arab Bank’s constant efforts to invest in capacity building, enhance employees’ skills and prepare them to hold important positions in the future.
