True to its name, the festival is a culinary journey to discover the delectable flavours of South-East Asian cuisine.
The festival will showcase a range of new, creative and eclectic dim sum that will make every dim sum lover’s dream come alive.
The new range has been created with the right palate experience, exotic choice of ingredients, balanced flavours and an appealing presentation.
The festival features a-never-before-experienced range of steamed, poached and fried dumplings in vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties.
These include three-style mushroom dumpling (V), vegetable translucent dumpling (V), spinach roll with prawn and water chestnut, Shanghai dumpling stuffed with Chinese chive and prawn, sesame prawn toast, messy crab meat roll and poached Peking dumpling with soya chili.
These are just a few of the 20 dim sums to try.
This is an all-you-can-eat offer, meaning guests can enjoy unlimited dim sum with free flow of jasmine tea.
The offer is being launched today and will continue until January 31 and is available every day from noon to 11pm for BD7.5 (nett) per person.
