Abu Dhabi: Dubai Crown Prince Dubai Sports Council Chairman Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum presented Liverpool's Egyptian football star Mohammed Salah with the Outstanding Arab Athlete award during a presentation ceremony for the 10th edition of the Mohammed bin Rashid (MBR) Creative Sports Award.
Mohammed Salah was among the prize winners who were honoured during a ceremony at the Dubai World Trade Centre's Shaikh Rashid Ballroom, reported Emarat Alyoum.

UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, received the Award winners at his Zabeel Palace.

The award which is dedicated to inspiring sport creativity is the biggest gift of its kind in terms of value and diversity of categories.
Mohammed Salah was crowned last Tuesday as African Player of the Year award for the second time in a row during a ceremony hosted by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) in Dakar, Senegal.
Winner of the 2018 BBC African Footballer of the Year prize, Salah scored 44 goals in all competitions for Liverpool last season, after moving to Anfield from Italian Serie A outfit Roma.
