Kim Kardashian confirmed that she and husband Kanye West are expecting a baby boy via surrogate during a talk show appearance.
Speaking on Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen, asked Kim if she and husband Kanye, 41, were expecting their fourth child.
'We are,' Kim confirmed while adding that the due date was 'sometime soon'.
Kim, who was joined by her sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian on the couch, told Andy: 'It's a boy, I think it's been out there.'
The reality star then confessed that she let the news, which was first reported two weeks ago, slip when she got drunk at a Christmas Eve party.
Kim gave birth naturally to five-year-old daughter North and three-year-old son Saint, and the couple's third child Chicago was born via surrogate in January 2018.
She battled with life-threatening condition placenta accreta during her two pregnancies and has been warned by her doctor to not carry her own baby again.
According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye are using a new surrogate to the woman who carried their daughter Chicago.
Their first surrogate was unable to carry a second baby for the couple as she gave birth to her own child on Christmas Eve.
Kim and Kanye are said to have just recently started to share the news of the pregnancy with family and friends, with the reality star currently planning a baby shower to celebrate.
