Riyadh - Three people died in one week in Saudi Arabia after contracting the Middle East respiratory syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV).
They were among 21 patients who were diagnosed with the infectious disease over the past week, said the Ministry of Health.
“The highest number of patients have been diagnosed with Coronavirus this week – with 16 men and 6 women”, said the ministry.
The ministry said that 12 patients are under treatment at hospitals, while six others have been quarantined.
