Riyadh - Suspects accused of undermining the Saudi security, stability and national cohesion appeared before the Criminal Court in Riyadh.
The Public Prosecution concluded its investigation earlier this month and charged them with involvement in coordinated and organised criminal activities to harm the nation’s security.
The court opened the trial in the presence of the defendants’ relatives.
The defendants who were arrested more than nine months ago are identified as Loujain Al-Hathloul, Aziza Al-Yousef, Eman Al-Nafjan and Hatoon Al-Fassi.
