British luxury sports car and supercar creator McLaren Automotive celebrated the 2019 Bahrain Grand Prix with the announcement of the McLaren Bahrain Tower.
McLaren’s upcoming Brand Centre is situated by the entrance to the Bahrain International Circuit, Sakhir with a floor area of approximately 8,000sqm across eight floors.
The tower is set to become the brand’s third largest global facility after McLaren Technology Centre and McLaren Production Centre.
Phase I of the development is scheduled to be complete by the end of the year and will see the relocation of a regional office for McLaren Automotive’s Middle East, Africa and Latin America division.
Once finalised, the development will strengthen the brand’s presence in the Middle East region and serve as its new regional headquarters with potential to accommodate future business requirements in line with growth plans outlined in the Track25 business plan.
“We are honoured to conclude the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend with the announcement of the McLaren Bahrain Tower,” said McLaren Automotive managing director for Middle East, Africa and Latin America Brett Soso.
“This impressive Brand Centre will allow us to explore a number of exciting opportunities whilst enhancing our operations across the Middle East, Africa and Latin America region.”
