KSA: Saudi Arabia was ready to meet world oil demand following efforts to restore supply capabilities within 72 hours of last month’s oil field attacks, said the weekly Cabinet session, which was chaired by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The session reiterated Saudi's stance which was asserted during its participation in Russian Energy Week.
These efforts strengthened the status of Saudi Arabia as the most reliable, independent and safest oil exporter.
The session of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Supreme Military Committee, held in Riyadh, was held to consult on current threats and situations and to achieve greater GCC military coordination.
The statement also mentioned the readiness of the GCC armed forces to confront any terrorist threat or attack, condemning assaults on the Kingdom and the violation of GCC member airspace.
