THE all-new Mazda3 2020 sedan was unveiled by the International Motor Trading Agency (IMTA) at its showroom in Tubli yesterday.
Models come with a 2.5-litre engine which produces 186 horsepower, and can be mated to either a six-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmission, depending on the model.
The car has a general feeling of lightness, nicely-balanced chassis, excellent steering feel and is also one of the few cars in this class available with an all-wheel drive.
For 2020, Mazda’s i-Activsense suite of driver-assistance tech is standard which means all models get an attention alert function, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist.
The launch ceremony was attended by members of IMTA’s management, guests, officials and members of the media.
