The Bahrain Garden Club will be organising its latest bazaar as part of its seasonal programme for local gardeners, designers and artisans to showcase and sell their handmade items.
The December 7 event is likely to attract hundreds of plant enthusiasts and the Winter Bazaar will also exhibit a number of new eco-friendly concepts that organisers say can be ‘adapted in day-to-day life’.
There will also be henna artists and live cooking stations to keep families entertained.
The Bahrain Garden Club is made of a team of enthusiastic horticulturists, engineers and ardent gardeners, who enjoy contributing to the development of kingdom’s agricultural sector.
Members boast an outstanding track record of preserving environmental resources, encouraging tree planting, conducting horticulture related training programmes and promoting agricultural awareness, while supporting eco-friendly practices, for more than 50 years.
The Bahrain Garden Club is based in Juffair and Saturday’s event will take place at venue 1166, Road 4225, Area 426, next to Bahrain School.
