This festive season, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is hosting two guest chefs – from St Petersburg and New York City.
Kicking off the festivities last month was award-winning pastry chef Nicolas Lambert, from Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St Petersburg, who curated an Afternoon Tea experience at the Bay View Lounge.
Wolfgang Puck’s culinary masters, led by executive chef Brian Becher, joined forces to present Bahrain’s most extravagant Thanksgiving dinner under the stars last month.
Dinner was served at the Azure Pool and Lounge and additionally enthusiastic Friday brunchers also enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast like no other at the Bahrain Bay Kitchen.
This month, celebrated and world-renowned Jordanian chef Moeen Abu Zaid has teamed up with Chef Brian for two unique culinary events at both Cut by Wolfgang Puck and re/Asian Cuisine, inspired by the flavours of Arabia.
The dining experience at re/Asian will take place on December 19 from 7pm to 11.30pm and at Cut on December 20, also from 7pm to 11.30pm.
A Nutcracker-inspired afternoon tea, honouring Tchaikovsky’s classical ballet in the form of delicious pastries and the Four Seasons touch, will be offered at the Bay View Lounge this festive season from Thursday to December 26, from noon until 9pm daily.
Unique Christmas events to get guests in the holiday spirit include Bahrain Bay Kitchen and Cut famous Christmas Eve dinners and brunches, complete with the thrill of Santa’s arrival, twinkling Christmas decorations and more.
Christmas Brunch at Bahrain Bay Kitchen will be held on December 20 from 1pm to 4pm and Christmas Eve Dinner at Bahrain Bay Kitchen will go on from 7pm to 12am on December 24.
Christmas Eve Dinner at Cut will take place on the same day from 7pm onwards and the following day a Christmas Day Brunch will be held from 12pm to 3.30pm, while the brunch at the Bahrain Bay Kitchen will be held from 1pm to 4.30pm.
Riveting performances, endless mocktails, live music and fireworks will keep guests entertained as the roaring 20s comes to Bahrain as part of a Great Gatsby New Year celebration.
Guests are invited to dine at any of the hotel’s signature restaurants and step into a heart-racing immersive adaptation of F Scott Fitzgerald’s seminal jazz-age novel for a hedonistic night complete with live bands, devilish mocktails and dressing to the nines.
New Year’s Eve Dinner at re/Asian and Cut begins at 7pm, a Masquerade Dinner at Bahrain Bay Kitchen begins at 8pm and the Great Gatsby party will be held at the Azure Pool and Lounge from 8pm to 2am on December 31.
New Year’s Day Brunch will go on from 1pm to 4pm and an Orthodox Brunch will be held at the same time on January 7.
Both brunches will be available at the Bahrain Bay Kitchen.
