CELEBRATE Chinese New Year in style with special guest Chef Chih-Yuan Lin at the Gulf Hotel Bahrain.
To commemorate the occasion, the Taiwanese chef will prepare a special set menu which will be available at China Garden from January 21 to 25.
An icon of his homeland’s culinary culture, the young and talented chef has been featured on several TV shows in Thailand and the US.
Specialised in traditional Chinese/Taiwanese cuisine, he is known for his modern plating techniques and is currently the executive chef of Sanhoyan, one of the most popular Taiwanese cuisine restaurant chains in Taiwan.
He has also built up other pop-up brands in China and Taiwan including Beef Lab (beef noodles) and Long Juan (rice box).
Additionally, Chef Lin will host a master cooking class on Saturday at 10.30 am.
