Renowned Indian ghazal (a form of poetry) and playback singer Hariharan, the mesmerising voice of Indian music, will give an exceptional and outstanding musical performance tomorrow.
More than 1,200 people are expected to attend ‘Dil Ki Baat’ which is being held at the Bahrain Conference Centre at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, from 6.30pm.
The event is being brought to Bahrain by Choice Advertising and Publicity in association with the Bahrain-based Indian Institute for Performing Arts (IIPA).
It is being presented by Western Union Money and the National Exchange Company while the other sponsors of the event are Zayani Motors, Indian Delights, Broaden Contracting, National Fire and Safety, LIC International, PanAsia Restaurant, Everest Trading, Aster Medicals and Global Travels, among others.

Hariharan is unique with his outstanding melodious voice which soothes and floats the listeners to a diverse level of experience.
He started his career as a ghazal performer and subsequently recorded many hits.
The veteran singer rose to further frame for singing in many films and producing many hits.
He did playback singing for many Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam films. Albums and live concerts around the globe brought him fame as a singer.
During his musical career he has won many national and international awards and was awarded the coveted Padma Sri, India’s fourth highest civilian award.
For his Bahrain performance, Hariharan will be accompanied by Akhlak Hussain on harmonium, Shahdaab Roshan Bhatia on tabla, Sanjoy Das on guitar, and Prakash Ullyeri on the keyboard – all well-known, international performers in their own respective fields.

Tickets are priced at BD100 for the Elite pass, BD50 for the platinum pass, BD25 for the gold pass and BD10 for the silver pass.
