Proper planning could mean the difference between sticking with your diet and bailing after a couple of weeks. Maybe on Saturday afternoons you’ll scan cookbooks, magazines, and websites to figure out what healthy foods and recipes you’ll eat for the coming week. On Sundays, you can grocery shop armed with a list. Then spend the rest of the weekend doing food prep, like freezing or cooking meals or cutting and chopping vegetables.
