Riyadh: Al Ittihad of Saudi Arabia revived its hopes qualifying for the pre-quarter final of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) League Champions.
It staged a good performance routing Iran's Sepahan in Group A 4-0, in the match which was played at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium at Al Sadd Club in Doha.
Abdulrahman Al-Ghamdi scored the first goal minutes before the end of the first half before his teammate Fahd Al-Moualled doubled the score 82 minutes in the match.
Al-Ghamdi again scored his second and the third goal in short span of time, before Rivas sealed the final victory for his team, scoring the fourth goal 91 minutes into the match.
