The High Administrative Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of a Bahraini who lodged a lawsuit to change his daughter’s “embarrassing name”.
The court ordered the Public Health Directorate, the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) and the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) to register the girl’s new name .
