Burnout is back at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) this weekend, marking the return of one of the most popular public activities at ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’.
Taking place tonight at the world-renowned Sakhir facility, Burnout will be holding a test in preparation for the competition proper, which is usually held each year during the holy month of Ramadan.
Meanwhile, also scheduled to take place as a part of today’s programme at BIC are Two-Wheeler Stunts tests. These drivers balance their vehicles on just two wheels in an extraordinary way.
A large group of drivers are expected to take part in both the Burnout and Two-Wheeler Stunts tests.
Today’s action will be held from 6pm until 10pm along BIC car parks numbers three to six. Those interested in taking part may register from 4pm onwards at car parks one and two.
Entrants must meet specific eligibility criteria to take part and pay an entry fee of BD7 per driver.
Those wishing to get a taste of all of the action as passengers may do so for a fee of BD4. Spectators will be able to watch all the action free of charge.
Burnout is open to motorsport enthusiasts of all skill levels. It offers a unique kind of thrill including the sight of rapidly rising white smoke and the smell of burning rubber.
