MANAMA: All 63 complaints received by the consumer protection (CP) unit from April to June 2020 have been resolved, the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announced.
The banking regulator released the ‘Customer Complaints Report April-June 2020’ yesterday which says that the unit received 23 complaints in April, 14 in May, and 26 in June this year, adding up to a total of 63 for the quarter .
