Last week, Prof Sir John Bell, chair of medicine at the University of Oxford, at a meeting, informed UK politicians that Covid-19 may be here ‘forever’ and that a successful vaccine may not be enough to halt the viral infection that is wreaking havoc on the health and economy of the world.
The University of Oxford is currently one of the front runners expected to come up with a potential vaccine against the coronavirus that has almost passed clinical tests and is on the verge of commercialising the product .
