I AM deeply saddened to learn of the demise of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
He always had excellent bilateral relations, underpinned by the bonds of friendship, mutual understanding and the strong people-to-people contacts under the stewardship of His Majesty King Hamad .
