Sharjah: All teachers and staff at private schools in Sharjah will have to undergo mandatory Covid-19 tests every 14 days, unless they have been vaccinated, Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) issued in a circular.
The mandatory test is the nasal swab test which should be conducted at their own expense, Khaleej Times reported.
It also includes those teachers or school staff who cannot receive the vaccine because of their health condition.
Staff must also present a negative result of a PCR test conducted within 72 hours while visiting SPEA headquarters, while those who have received both doses of the vaccination are exempted.
