Muscat: The Civil Aviation Authority has announced that institutional quarantine is not required for single expatriate parents accompanying their children to Oman.
“The exception includes residents coming to the Sultanate through its borders, whether by land, sea, or air if they accompany their children who are aged 18 years or under,” an official from the CAA said.
“This relates to children who are accompanied by either parent: their mother or their father.”
Omani citizens entering the country continue to remain exempt from institutional quarantine.
