Current market requirements and the support offered by the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) were discussed during its first joint committee meeting with Bahrain Chamber.
During the meeting, Tamkeen chairman Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa stressed commitment to working towards the realisation of its two main mandates of empowering the private sector to become the key driver of economic growth and enabling Bahraini talent to become the first choice of employment for the private sector, through providing programmes and services that serve the objectives of developing national talent and enhancing productivity in the private sector .
