Southern Tourism Company, a subsidiary of Bahrain’s sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi Maritime, the custodian of Abu Dhabi’s waterways, to explore a number of development goals in key business areas.
The signing by Southern Tourism Company chief executive Yusuf Al Manea and Abu Dhabi Maritime managing director Captain Saif Al Mheiri took place at Abu Dhabi International Boat Show, in the presence of Southern Tourism Company chairman Ahmed Al Aseeri, who is the representative of Mumtalakat on the board of the company .
