Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) holds the latest edition of Batelco Fitness on Track tomorrow for a fun physical activity for the whole family.
Interested participants of all ages and abilities will have the chance to exercise within the unique and world-class setting at ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’, either on foot or on a bicycle in BIC’s safe and controlled environment.
Tomorrow’s Batelco Fitness on Track is scheduled from 6am to 10am. It will be the first time this season that the event is being held early in the morning, giving those taking part a fresh and bright start to the weekend.
The running and cycling will take place on separate track layouts. Runners and walkers will be utilising BIC’s 2.550-kilometre Inner Track, while cyclists will be able to ride their bikes along the 3.543km Outer Circuit, with another dedicated area for children’s cycling.
Batelco Fitness on Track generates tremendous interest from the local community and the turnout has been great from individual participants and large groups. Those looking to take part are therefore advised to book in advance online on BIC’s official website bahraingp.com or by calling the BIC Hotline on +973-17450000.
All who register must pay upon booking. The cost to take part is BD2 for cyclists and BD1 for runners. Those under the age of 12 can participate for free if accompanied by a paying adult.
BIC’s newly launched Batelco Fitness on Track Season Pass is also still available, ideal for regular participants. At just BD15, this grants access to all Batelco Fitness on Track events throughout the season. The pass is thus a great way to save money over the course of the BIC’s stacked 2023-24 calendar.
Season Passes can be purchased by contacting the BIC Hotline.
