A doctor working in a private medical facility has been referred to the National Health Regulatory Authority’s disciplinary committee for issuing a sick note to a female patient who had no medical records or file saved at the institution.
In a statement on Wednesday, it added that it will continue to take action against any health establishment or professional caught violating regulations .
