Supreme Council of Health (SCH) president Dr Shaikh Mohamed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received Bahrain Society for Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) secretary-general Zakariya Al Kadhem, Salmaniya Medical Complex hereditary blood disease specialist Dr Jaffar Al Touq and SCD deputy secretary-general.
Dr Shaikh Mohamed commended the support of His Majesty King Hamad and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for advancing medical services in the kingdom .
