The Public Prosecution has ordered to hold a defendant in custody and refer him to an expedited trial for assaulting a lawyer while on duty at the Sharia Courts Complex in Hunainiya, the Southern Governorate Deputy Chief Prosecutor announced.
The Public Prosecution launched an investigation into the incident upon receiving a complaint from the victim .
