A TOTAL of 145 volunteers donated 102 bags of blood as part of the 15th edition of the Imam Al Hassan Blood Donation Campaign, held at the Karzakan Youth Empowerment Centre.
Held under the slogan ‘The Source of Life’, the campaign was organised by the Joint Committee for Charitable Associations in the Western Region, in co-operation with the Bahrain Society for the Care of Sickle Cell Patients, Al Malkiya Scouts, the Central Blood Bank at the Salmaniya Medical Complex and other private hospitals .
