His Majesty King Hamad has expressed Bahrain’s pride in its longstanding partnership with the US to enhance regional and global security.
“Our historic co-operation with the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet is living proof of this partnership and our steadfast commitment to safeguarding maritime navigation in the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea, ensuring these routes remain free from piracy and terrorism,” the King said as he delivered his address at the GCC-US Summit in Riyadh yesterday .
