FOOTBALL – Bahrain Football Association vice president Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa met newly appointed coaches of the national youth teams yesterday.
The meeting was attended by under-23 team coach Ali Abdulmajeed, U20 coach Ali Amer, as well as coaches from the Abdulla Bin Khalid Bin Hamad Academy.
Shaikh Khalifa underscored the BFA board’s support, led by president Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, for the youth teams preparing for upcoming competitions.
He noted that youth teams form the foundation of the senior national team and commended the role of the Abdulla Bin Khalid Bin Hamad Academy in supporting young talent through high-level technical and physical training.
