THE Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) has signed implementation agreements for the first phase of the national programme, ‘Kafa’a’, aimed at improving energy efficiency in government buildings.The agreements were signed with Saudi-based Quantum Energy Solutions and ESTA Middle East, both specialised in energy efficiency services .
