FIFTY illegal fishing traps (gargoor) have been confiscated by Coastguard patrols in the sea south of Fasht Al Adham as part of ongoing efforts to protect the marine environment and maintain maritime security, the Interior Ministry said yesterday.
Necessary legal measures have been taken in response to the incident, added a statement .
