New York: Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, received David Lammy, Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom, on the sidelines of the High-Level International Conference on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, co-chaired by Saudi Arabia and the French Republic.
Prince Faisal welcomed Britain’s announcement of its intention to recognise the State of Palestine and its support for the two-state solution, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The meeting also reviewed all efforts aimed at easing humanitarian suffering in Gaza.
