AN elderly man has been arrested for allegedly exploiting, luring and harassing a number of children, the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security said yesterday.
The 67-year-old, whose nationality was not revealed, reportedly waited for children who were out and about without supervision, called out to them and offered them money .
