Kuwait has banned visit visa and temporary visa holders from accessing the country's healthcare services at public hospitals, speciality centres, or primary care clinics.
The decision, made by the Health Ministry, aims to preserve resources for citizens and residents already covered under the national health system.
The move will also help to reduce overcrowding in hospitals.
