ASIAN YOUTH GAMES – The third Asian Youth Games executive committee signed a memorandum of understanding with Hassan and Partners Law Firm.
The agreement was signed by executive committee chairman Yousef Duaij and the firm’s founder and partner Hasan Ali Al Shatti at the committee’s headquarters Seef district.
Under the memorandum, Hasan and Partners Law Firm will provide comprehensive legal support and consultations to the executive committee, establishing legal cooperation between both parties.
The third Asian Youth Games are set to take place under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad. It is scheduled to be hosted by the kingdom from October 22 to 31.
Duaij commented: “In light of our national role in successfully hosting the Games and showcasing the culture of Bahrain as a leading platform for continental sporting events, we are pleased to sign this memorandum with Hassan and Partners Law Firm to provide legal advice for the committee’s operations.
“This collaboration will help establish the legal frameworks necessary to ensure our success and the execution of all agreements and contracts in accordance with approved legal guidelines.”
Al Shatti expressed his pride in signing the memorandum with the Games’ executive committee.
He emphasised the importance of monitoring and protecting the legal and commercial rights associated with the Games according to established standards, and highlighted the joint efforts to review contracts and agreements related to the organisation of the event.
This collaboration aims to present the Games in the best possible way from all aspects.
