An Egyptian woman was rescued after being found bleeding and exhausted after she gave birth by herself on a sidewalk in the Egyptian city of Qina.
The woman was found lying on the sidewalk, almost passed out and surrounded by blood, with a child no more than two years old. Passersby came to her rescue and called an ambulance, and she, her other child, and the newborn baby were immediately taken to a hospital.
The circumstances surrounding this situation still remain unclear. The woman currently remains in critical condition in the hospital, and an investigation into the matter has been launched.
