Saudi Arabia is set to launch a unique system of autonomous flying vehicles, becoming the first country in the region to fully deploy air mobility solutions.
The effort is a collaboration among Front End, Cluster 2 Airports, and EHang, aiming to position Saudi Arabia as a leader in urban air mobility.
The project was demonstrated in Mecca when an air taxi flew over the city in June 2024.
A definitive launch date is yet to be announced.
