The Supreme Criminal Appeals Court has upheld the death sentence of a Bahraini convicted of stabbing his neighbour to death in Shakhoora.
In July, the appellant was found guilty of murdering Ali Mahdi Albasri, aged 57, who he left bleeding outside his apartment building on February 27 .
