A delegation from the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) board of commissioners conducted a field visit to Women’s Reform and Rehabilitation Centre in Isa Town, to review the conditions of inmates and ensure that their rights are safeguarded.
The delegation also toured the centre’s facilities to assess the level of health and social services provided .
