Royal Oman Police has successfully apprehended two individuals suspected of possessing counterfeit Omani currency.
The Al Dakhliyah Governorate Police Command arrested the suspects after they attempted to illegally exchange the fake notes for official currency through one of the local banks in the governorate.
Legal actions against the two persons are currently underway.
