The Housing and Urban Planning Ministry has completed the allocation of the first phase of projects under the residential plot and construction financing option, provided through the ‘Tasheel’ programme, Minister Amna Al Romaihi has said.
Preparations are now underway to roll out 804 new housing services, including residential plots and construction loans, in successive batches across all governorates during November and December, she added .
