AN advanced Wages Protection System (WPS) that protects the rights of employers and employees will have a positive impact on reinforcing the kingdom’s position as a stable and attractive destination for business and investment, according to a leading agency executive. The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) chief executive and National Committee for Combating Trafficking in Persons chairman Nibras Talib said it will also play a vital role in supporting small and micro establishments by helping to minimise wage-related disputes and expedite their resolution .
