A woman in India slipped while attempting to board a moving train, but was quickly rescued by a station guard.
Footage released by India’s Southern Railway shows the train leaving Erode Junction in Tamil Nadu on Monday.

The video captures the woman approaching the train as it accelerates.
She then slips and nearly falls between the carriage and the platform, but is swiftly pulled to safety by an alert officer on duty.
Southern Railway commended Sri Jagadeesan, a Head Constable with the Railway Protection Force (RPF), for his quick thinking and dedication.
