Bahrain is set to witness another breathtaking celestial display on Wednesday, as the skies light up with the year’s closest and brightest ‘super moon’, according to Bahraini astronomer Mohammed Redha Al Asfoor.
The phenomenon, known scientifically as a super moon, occurs when the full moon coincides with the point in its orbit closest to Earth – called the perigee .
