On behalf of His Majesty King Hamad, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today attended the inauguration ceremony of the King Hamad Lecture for Neutral Justice, held at the Isa Cultural Centre.
