Egypt's new administrative capital has been officially named "The New Capital" in all official correspondence.
The newly built massive project is located around 60km east of Cairo and covers an area of 688 sqkm, just 100 sqkm less than the size of Bahrain, and houses all of Egypt's main government institutions, embassies and parliament buildings.
The project, once complete, plans to accommodate up to 10 million residents.
