THE government has been urged to either reduce the monthly instalments under the Mazaya housing finance programme for thousands of families who are still paying higher rates, or provide subsidies to ease their mounting financial pressure.The proposal, submitted by five MPs led by Dr Abdulhakim Al Sheno, has been referred to the Cabinet for review .
